we use 3CX with newest updates with a Patton Smartnode 4552 and Strato as Voip Provider. Mostly the incoming calls come from ISDN, the outgoing ones go over VOIP. Most of the time everything is fine, but some days some incoming calls are suddently interrupted. Another thing is that we can placed in our own waiting by some persons we call. Then we hear our waiting song. The Log-Files of 3CX shows in both cases no errors or abnormalities. Has anybody make the same experiences or has any suggestions which can solve our problem?
