We currently have an Axis Intercom installed as one of our extensions, manually configured
And it's directly registered to 3CX on AWS and sits on our office network.

Calls from it route to my Extension and calls work perfect on Desk phone and Web Client and Windows PWA
But if i answer the call on Android Mobile Client, teh call is immediately hung up.

Tested on both 4G and the office WiFi

All other calls to the system are answered fine on my mobile client.
And I can call the intercom from my mobile client successfully.

4SC Pro
Version 20.0 Update 8 (Build 1121 Release)

Android App Version5.5 (Build 20) 20.6.0.20

Error log shows

Call from "109"<sip:[email protected]>;tag=ms-Wti3FqjXO.jIovBKORUu.xj6mMzuS to sip:[email protected] has been dropped as it was not acknowledged in time. Please verify configuration and ensure there are no connectivity issues.

Really has me stumped.
TIA.

Hello TIA,

You would need to capture the communication and try to find the problem, however as a quick test.
You could try to enable the 'PBX delivers audio' option on the the account of the intercom. (Admin - user - options)

Is the intercom trying to send video too? Perhaps that causes a codec mismatch?

Could you provide me in Private Message the app's verbose logs in order to understand what's going on and help you out with your issue?
  1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
  2. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report
Thanks

This was the issue.
Disabled the Send Video option and it works as intended..

Thanks everybody for the great responses.

What's teh ideal Codec priority to use if we do wish to send video?
