Hi,
I was forwarding incoming calls from my T-Mobile cell phone to 3CX using conditional call forwarding for rejected calls and calls going to voicemail. Before the v20 upgrade, this setup worked perfectly, directing unwanted calls to my cell phone into a 3CX voicemail box for processing by my office staff. Now, when the calls are forwarded, they are dropped by the system with a 30051 event.
I used to be able to update the trunk settings to allow the calls, but now I cannot find the correct settings. I understand that this is part of the built in security features but is there a way to allow these calls or a workaround?
