Hi All.

After getting my 7965 to register on 3CX i have a new problem.

I can call out from the 7965 fine. If someone was to call me internally it goes stright to voice mail. I have turned of the voice mail for the users but it always go to voice mail.

Everything is setup the same as the 7941 and 7940 ectension and there is no problem on them.. Only on the 7965's

My voice mail box is set to 666.

I was trying to call from 107 ----- 101

Please could someone take a look at the logs.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Mike

This indicates that Ext 101 has failed to respond to the INVITE from 3CX within the allotted time, so the call went to voicemail.
If the set is registering properly (check the log), then you need to figure out (using Wireshark), if the set "gets the message" at all, gets the message but responds to an incorrect destination, or, isn't responding at all.

Thats the thing, I dont see any SIP traffic from that phone in wireshark. I can see all other SIP traffic?

Very strange?

Any ideas?

As I haven't used that particular set, I'm afraid I'm not the one to help diagnose it. You could start from scratch and go over all of the settings again. Try provisioning with some very basic settings. Be sure to verify the network settings.
