Calls not forwarding to Mobile

have calls set no answer after 10 seconds to forward to mobile

have forwarding also set (and tried unset) to ring my mobile simultaneously does not work.

from app i can make outbound calls so sip trunk is working..

want to know if can direct forward to mobile without ring extension.

A check of the 3CX Activity Log, after a call attempt should show you why it is not working. Incorrect digits, no trunk available, etc.

You do have enough trunks...?
