calls not gose to any of ip phones

Hi,

1. Check if the phones have registered, they will appear in the Phones page. You can call *777 echo test to see if the phone works firstly.

2. Please follow this guide since you are using STUN mode

actually i did this but i have a question should i write same ports in the phone menu ?

Great that's a good first step. Next, look at your extensions and make sure they are set to Available

1. Go to Extensions from your management console
2. Select the ones you want (or all of them)
3. Click Status button on top
4. Select "Available", then close the status box



Now call one extension directly from one phone to the other.

If you cannot control all the requirements, and in that case you should consider abandoning STUN mode, and instead use the 3CX SBC which solves many of the problems you might have with STUN.

i didnt use SBC before and i tried to use it before but never works out with me
