Calls starting in speaker on Android phones

When I or my colleague answer a call from 3cx I would say 80% of the time the call will start in speaker mode - both of us have Android phones (I have Pixel 3xl and my colleague Galaxy s9 both running Android 10 and 3cx 16.2) while it is not a huge issue but it is annoying.

If anyone has the same issue or has a solution please let me know, thanks!

Same here. Nothing like getting blasted by the speaker phone when you put it up to your ear.
