Hi,

I've hust configured the 3CX ( latest release ) to SIP trunk with CCM. Here the address:
CCM: 10.24.10.102 --> DirectoryNumbers on CCM 2xxxx
3CX: 10.23.10.200 --> DierctoryNumbers on 3CX 1xxxx

When i call from CCM --> 3CX all is working fine

When i call from 3CX --> CCM, i get the number unavailable. Here the log on 3CX:

Any help or suggest ? Many thanks in advance

hello,

i suggest that your provider CCM is not configured. the provider icon is green ?

16:23:59.179 [CM503003]: Call(73): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 503 Service Unavailable; warning: ; from IP:10.24.10.102:5060

Hi,

many thanks for the quick reply,

Yes, in the port/trunk status i've the VoIP provider in the registered status ( green ). What I don't know is where to configure in the cisco callmanager the Virtual Extension Number ( 1999 ) I've configured with VoIP provider.

I've seen that Callmanager is able to send call to 3CX phones , so it seems that 3CX is missing "something" ( is missing from my knowledge ) in authenticating to callmanager when the calls starts from his side.

Any experience connecting to Cisco callmanager via SIP trunk ?

Many thanks for the support and best regards

Luigi

What version of CCM are you trying to connect to. In my pass experience of trying to do SIP trunking to a CCM (not 3CX) it doesn't work so well. Cisco has been know not to follow the normal SIP protocols.

Hi,

the callmanager I've is 7.1. But the strange behaviour is that the trunk is up because CCM-->3CX is working.

Regards

Luigi
