Can anyone confirm that Teams Integration works when using a hosted instance - and if this confirmed could you let me know of your experience regarding usage and functionality. I'm just about to press go on a new system and would like to go via Hosted rather than azure

Any drawbacks to hosted that I need to be wary of ?

Thanks in advance

Gof

Yes it works. Just make sure to set it up properly (SSL cert and all.)

Hi Thanks for that - Regarding the call recordings - I have set this up but once the call is transferred into teams the call recording stops - do you have any suggestions or experience of this ?

What do you mean "transfer into teams"?

When using the integration, phone calls will run through the PBX even from Teams, using the user's extension that's mapped in the setup script. Call recording will follow that extension's settings.

If you use Teams to Teams directly, then no you have no control over it from the 3CX. That's just how Teams is.
