Can Escene Intercom work with 3cx?

Hi Everyone,

We have purchased a Escene Intercom which says it works with 3cx.
Our 3cx instance is hosted offsite and we are connected via SBC.

I put the SIP server as the SBC local IP in the Escene config but it doesn't seem to work.

Any other ideas?

how's the firmware of your phone? is it the supported firmware of 3cx?

Thanks for the reply.
It is being picked up by 3CX. It is showing under the phones tab.
However this is a not a supported firmware or even phone. Escene say it works with 3cx but doesn't look like 3cx does.

I am wondering if it maybe is only compatible with onsite 3cx instances.

You should be able to register the phone and use it, even not officially supported.
As a SIP server in the phone configuration you probably have to put internal IP address of your 3CX server, port 5060 and as outbound proxy -- the internal address of the SBC (same LAN as your phone), port 5090.
Check the configuration from other (supported) phone.
