Can I change from 2 Digit to 3 Digit Ext

Hi

I setup the 3CX system with 2 digit ext numbers, we have not expanded and need 3 digit, I had hoped to find something in settings to swtch to 3, but can't find anything. Any ideas' without haveing to re-install and start again how I can moved from 2 to 3 digit's?

This has come up before, and as I recall, there was no easy "fix". So...unless something has changed in version 11, you may be out of luck.

Not only would the PBX have to insert another digit in the extension number, but which one. All auto provisioning files would also have to be re-done.

You may end up having to install the Demo version on another machine, provision everything, then back it up, apply to the main PC, then apply your licence.
