Solved Can I get the "3CX | Next steps!" E-mail Resent.

I'm in the process of getting a client to delete a System on there end.
They cannot find or haven't received the initial email from 3CX titled "3CX | Next Steps!", which has the login credentials for the management console.
Is there a way to get this email resent?
And if not how can I get this system removed if no one can get access to the management console.

Is the end-user Hosted by 3CX and has a dedicated instance (Not a StartUP system)?

Yes, our customer is hosted by 3CX, The product is "3CX StartUP PRO 10 Users".
I tried to recover the management console credentials but I get the error,
"Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator."
What is my next steps to recover the Management Console credentials.

Hi,

Bear in mind that 3CX StartUP systems do not provide Management Console to their users as it is fully maintained by the 3CX team. Only WebClient is available to the end users.
