Can I "give" a outbound line to some one that call

Some one no if is possible "supply" an outbound line to some person that call me?

Note I don't want a simple "Forward to Outside Number", because the number will not be always the same. I want to allow, the person who got into the system with a call, dial the outside number.

It is like a "calling card system". After attendant, you dial a number follow my "#" and it completes your call using an outboun line.

The current version (3CX Phone System v3.1.2434.0) still unable to support this feature. Not sure which coming version will be support..........
