Can I whitelist my IP by using ssh to my Digital Oceans droplet?

Hello:

I cannot access the 3CX Management console - my IP is locked out.

Can I whitelist my IP from the command line if I ssh into my VPS?

Can I de-Blacklist my IP?

Is there a way to reach 3CX to help me regain access?

Just access it from a different IP. Use your mobile data, go to a friends house, go to any public wifi....
