I want to use a digital receptionist to invite callers to call sales, services and support using "1," "2" and "3" respectively. My extensions are 3 digits long and begin with extension 100. I'm having trouble with the system recognizing a simple selection of "1." It keeps waiting for something else to be selected. Is there a way around this or do I need to use some other way of transferring them to a hunt group?

Erm Rob, unless I'm misunderstanding you, you assign the extension or ring group against the DR single digit in the DR configuration!

try to push the whole extension like " 100" and see if it then is not a problem. Maybe your DTMF is not set right. What codec are you using? Try the best G711u.
