For all my yealink phones, I have this common URL which is in 3cx to provision by IP address:

http://192.168.1.22:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxxx

A phone ip is 192.168.1.108

No longer works no matter what I do, using a browser to access. I am not using SSL cert in this closed environment.

No webpage was found for the web address: http://192.168.1.22:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxx

or if I substitute the device IP, such as

http://192.168.1.108:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxx

refuses to connect.

On the LAN level, my firewall is wide open inbound and outbound.

How can I fix this, I really need to update to 18v5.

Thanks for your help.

I got this fixed. The coded URLs inside the phones > provisioning tab are incorrect.
I used an IP scanner to find the phone IP's and then connect with a web browser, and entering username and password.

Thanks for update and glad that you managed to fix but suggest removing the 10 digit provisioning folder name from your post as this is unique to each system.

Hi @gigaboy

No webpage was found for the web address: http://192.168.1.22:5000/provisioning/xxxxxxxx

That's actually correct. There is no web page there. It's just a path where the phones go to download their config files.
The phone uses that path to build the final URL to reach the files it wants. You do not see the final URL hence the confusion I imagine...

To achieve what you want you need to do build the link yourself just like a phone would:
http://your_pbx_ip:your_local_port/provisioning/random_folder/mac_address.cfg
If you can download this file from the same network port that the phone is plugged into, then you should be fine.

What was the real issue though? Did you have phones that were working and then stopped? Did you make any recent changes? Are these imported extensions from another system?

It's always best to start with the description of the actual problem you are trying to solve so we can be in a better position to help
