Can not choose STUN in provisioning method dropdown list

I am switching from Asterisk based PBXes to 3CX and need to provision a remote Cisco SPA303. The manual says just to choose the STUN provisioning method in the dropdown box which is pretty straightforward. However, in the provisioning method dropdown box the only choice is "Local LAN" and nothing else. I unchecked the "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN". There is not even an SBC method in the list not to mention STUN, just Local LAN. Please advise.

Configure it manually using STUN (the PBX public address, port 5060). It works without issues.

You are much better of using a supported phone instead. Keep in mind you will be provisioning it in an insecure manner - its just asking for trouble. A new phone can be had for as little as 75 euros. Easy config, out of the box configuration.
