Can not enter Dial Prompts when calling out

Hi,
finaly got my system up and cranking
here is the currnet setup
windows 2003 in a datacenter (50/50mb pipe)
Via Talk VOIP
Astra 480i phones.

now here is the issue,

im not sure if it is phone setting or system related
if i call out to lets say dell and there systems answers "welcome to dell, please press 1 to dial an extension" and i hit "1" nothing happens?

can anyone give me a starting point to fix this

oh yeah nad i keep getting this in my log file

Hi br0ck,

This sounds like it is phone setting related to me. Check that your phone is set to send DTMF in-band. Check the Aastra SIP IP Phone administrators guide PDF available from their support site and serach the document for DTMF. That should point you in the right direction.

Don't worry about the error. Payload 13 is comfort noise generation, and I don't beleive 3cx is supporting this yet.
