Can not restore backup after V16 upgrade

Good day

I downloaded V16
I did a full backup of everything, zip file is about 5.6Gb
I removed V15.5
I installed V16
I chose option 1 to install from web GUI
I selected "restore from existing backup configuration"
I selected "Upload", selected the backup file and hit "ok"
I then get a message "invalid backup file"
I tried it with 3 different backup files and they all give the same error.

Any ideas? I have no phones at all now.

Can you open the zip without error?
