Can not Send email SSL or TLS issue - 3CX V20

Hi team,
Iam using a new 3CX installation with 3CX FQDN.

First week was working fine. After that, when i try to reset password on V20 i receive this message: " An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection. The server's SSL certificate could not be validated for the following reasons: • The server certificate has the following errors: • certificate has expired • CRL has expired • unable to get certificate CRL • An intermediate certificate has the following errors: • CRL has expired • unable to get certificate CRL"

Could you help please?

Then there is nothing you can do but contact 3CX support. I suspect, however, that they already know about the issue. The only other thing I can think of is the possibility that your 3CX server is unable to resolve the DNS entry for the 3CX SMTP server?
