Can NOT set TIME ZONE ( Object reference not set to an instance of an object )

Greetings all,

I posted this in March but have not had any help suggestions....

My 3CX instance has NO TIME ZONE set. When I try to set a time zone, I try to pick it from the list of zones and then hit OK.

I immediately get the following error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

• 3CX Version, Standard Annual 16.0.619
• Hosted with Ixica
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES

Any thoughts?

Globally on the PBX or extension specific?

Can you try it on an extension using default template?
