Can only answer one incoming call at a time

Just had an issue with 3CX 15.5.15502.6 where you can pick up the first incoming call with no issues
When a second call comes in all the phones ring, but when you pick up the call you get the queue hold music. After several reboots of the PBX PC, handsets and routers, the issue still remains.

My 3CX PBX is running on Windows 10
In the end I removed KB4494441 Cumulative Update 2019-05

After a restart my PBX started to function correctly
