Can Users record the music on hold message for Call queues?

Hi, We have users who wants to constantly want to change the voicemail for the call queues. Is there a way they can change the call queue recording without having us having to ring their phones or manually uploading it for them?

I have not heard of a "simple" method. Did they want the VM message changed, or the destination? Queue recording would have to be replaced in the correct directory.

Delegate some admin rights, write up a document with screenshots on how they can change it themselves.

Hi,

The system has an interface for doing this (which you are already using) so if you have one friendly user you can train it would be best to have that person be responsible for changing it.

You could build a CFD application to record the prompt and place it in the correct path.
