Can we Modify the Call Recordings Names stored in 3CX?

Currently, call recording is being stored in 3CX with some names. So we want to save call recording with some pattern like [PhoneNumber_TodayDate]. Can this be happened as we want to match the call recording name with salesforce lead phone and can store recording under that lead? Please let me know if we can do this.

No you cannot change the way recordings are saved. It's built right into the system.

Thanks @ConceptsWeb for your reply but we need to send the recordings to salesforce and each recording will save under the leads having the phone number. How we can achieve that, any idea?

You will need to modify the Salesforce template as well as having scripts watching the recordings folders to then upload those files and have another script that can match the recording to a call.

It's not straightforward.
