Solved Can we pin this somwhere? CFD IS NOT AVAILABLE ON HOSTED INSTANCES

This question has been repeated a few times this week and over the last couple months...

"I have 3CX, latest version, I don't see Call Flow Apps in the menu. WHY?"

And then, they realize they needed to read the full blog post to understand why.

Can we pin a post in this thread? Something like "Features Not Available on Hosted Instances" and just list the CFD, the STUN phones, the missing settings (templates and such).

I know, you did a post and a docs page, but people still manage to miss it.

Requirements/Limitations

• IP phones must be configured behind a 3CX SBC. Consider using the smartphone apps instead for seamless remote working!
• You cannot use CFD (Call Flow Designer) apps.
• You must use a supported, register based, SIP trunk provider (see how to check).
• You will not get SSH access to the machine – all operating system management is done by 3CX.
