Can you adjust the music on hold volume?

Is there a way to adjust the volume of the music on hold feature?

I've had a few complaints about the music being to loud :lol:

Please try to use Audacity. It is free, open source software for recording and editing sounds.

No, not really, but you could use another file if you wanted to with boosted decibels I suppose.

I am already using some sound recording software.

I'll take a look at rerecording the music at a lower level.

But be ready to have other complaints who will say about "music on hold is too silent" .
Currently, I can't imagine how to manage volume for completely different VoIP providers, phones, PSTN gateways, and even the same phones with different settings
