Hi guys. I have a brand new fresh install. I have even reinstalled both times straight from the official ISO. I have never once been able to open the Management Console. I have been looking for the Debian 10 ISO but don't see it on the download page. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Ok so I found the ISO for 3CX v18, walked through the entire process again, and the exact same issue persists. How on earth is this possible?

Ok just to inform my wife with her very little personal linux experience has managed to get the service up and running again. The underlying issue by me is now either the FQDN or my SMTP server. But all she she had to do was to change the timeout on this service to 300s and I was able to log back into the Management Console. Now I will just go and check my own settings. I doubt it is the SMTP as I did receive emails but on the other hand my portforwards and FQDN also seem to work so God knows. Here is the ink she followed to assist with the issue but she just used Nano instead of Vim due to lack of Vim knowledge https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/debian-management-console-service-wont-start.47941/

My gateway Service Was not running which I think could have been the problem. I did two things neither of which seems to be the issue I added a new route in terminal which responded the file already exists so I doubt that did any thing and I disabled DHCP for IPv6 in the management console under Networks under Settings. when I got back to services I noticed that the gateway service was then running. Neither of these makes sense as IPv6 shouldn't cause issues if no address is provided as that would be very bad development from 3CX and second my IPv4 and Gateway was set via DHCP so....... Eish. Also one would think that after making changes that the service would have to be restarted manually, which wasn't the case.

We would need much more info than "I installed and cannot reach MC".

Where is it hosted?
What hardware/VM platform?
How do you proceed to the install?

I would recommend against modifying any system files, specially if you installed with the ISO.

@Arjun

I have to agree with Frederick on this one, if you used the 3CX ISO to deploy, everything should've worked with no modifications needed, provided of course that everything else is also okay such as the Hypervisor used, hardware specifications and the network/firewall configuration.

Please provide the info requested above so that we can get a better understanding of your setup.

Thank you, I agree installing from ISO should make everything work perfectly well like it has a couple of times in the past for me. I have installed it on a Proxmox server Hosted at my Premises With a Static IP, 4 Cores and 8 Gig Ram 100Gig Virtual Drive. I know you do not support Proxmox but I have had a previous installation back in 2017 on this exact same server and all worked perfectly. Anyway it doesn't matter. I had everything up and running at the time of my final replies. I simply sent responses to notify everyone on how we got this issue resolved as I see there are tons of relating threads most without any real resolution.
