cannot add BLF in dektop app

We have a 3cx version 18.0 update 5. We cannot add blf keys in the windows desktop app. When we select BLF, we see No items found.

What shows in the management console for that User? Is it possible they were all deleted?

They are not deleted in the management console. You can add blf keys in the management console, but they are not visible in the windows desktop app.

Is the desktop in the same network as the 3cx? When not, https port open for the 3cx?

Does the page show if the extension logs in to the web client? If so, my next thought would be to remove and reinstall the Desktop App for that person.
