Hello,

Trying to evaluate 3CX and unfortunately it's just been one problem after another so far.

The latest issue is that after finally getting one phone to register, attempting to add the second phone results in nothing happening when I click the "+ Add" button on the "Phone Provisioning" tab of the new extension.

Enabling the browser's debug console shows:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) https://(fqdn-here):5001/api/EditorList/new

So far I've tried restarting Nginx and rebooting. Neither affect this issue. No other button in the UI seems affected but that one. Tried Firefox and Safari.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

As a follow up, I did find another place in the UI that is now doing the same thing.

On the "Extensions" panel, selecting the first extension (with the one registered phone) and clicking "Edit" above produces:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) https://fqdn:5001/api/ExtensionList/set

Not sure what your installation environment is but we manage a LOT of installs and have never seen that issue. Please try Chrome and confirm what version you are evaluating (v15.5 or v16 beta)

Version is 15.5.15502.6. It is hosted in the cloud.

Chrome (not surprisingly) gives the same behavior. Its console error is:

vendors~main.0432c312.chunk.js:2 POST https://(fqdn-here):5001/api/ExtensionList/set 403 (Forbidden)

Hmm.. unless you are going through some sort of proxy or web filter I'm not sure. Was this a manual install or a PBXExpress deployment?

There is no proxy or web filter.

It was a manual install using the 3CX Debian ISOl and these functions were working until I tried to add the second (third if you count 000) extension.
