Cannot answer call when there is incoming call notification for 3cx PWA

Hi All,

I am using 3cx Version 20 and using 3cx PWA (Web App).

Currently, I am having issue answering incoming call using 3cx PWA. When the 3cx PWA is minimized, and there is incoming call, the incoming call notification will pop up as shown below.

When I click on the Answer button, there is no response. To answer the call, I have to maximize the 3cx PWA and click on the "answer" on the dialer.




Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue ?

This seems to be an issue with the latest version of Chrome.
In the past week Chrome released a number of updates and one of them seems to have caused this.

Keep in mind that we observe the same behavior with other PWA apps (not 3CX) in Chrome like Google Chats.
Additionally, we do not observe the same issue with PWA on Edge Chromium.
