Cannot auto-provision Fanvil X3SP phones with 3cx

Hi All,

I am using 3cx Version 18 Update 9. Currently I am not able to auto-provision my Fanvil X3SP phones using Direct SIP (stun-remote).

Can anyone advise if there is any issue with the RPS server that is used for the auto-provision using Direct SIP (stun-remote).
