Hello, recently we get to many failed authentications to our PBX from Carrier-grade NAT ips 100.64.xxx.xxx.
We add manually those ips to ip blacklist, butthis doesnt seem to work.
Instead,PBX is blacklisting its own public static ip.PBX is working for 3-4 years now, firewall test passes successfully.
Any help would be appreciated

take care if your own ip isn't in same range as you want to blacklist.
Just enable if not already done 3CX automatic blacklist

Thanks for the immediate response.
Our own ip is not in the same range as the ip i want to blacklist (100.64.xxx.xxx i want to blacklist is not even a public ip,it is special ip range).
Because our PBX is blacklisting its own ip,i am afraid if i enable 3CX automatic blacklist, our ip will be also blocked in the global 3CX Anti Hacking Defense Program.
Is this correct?

Simply add your WAN IP to the ALLOW list and it will never get blacklisted.
