Cannot call from extensions to extensions

Hi,

I have two LinkSys 941 phones
Phone 1 Ext1 is 100 3cx extension
Phone 1 Ext2 is 120 3cx extension

Phone 2 Ext1 is 101 3cx extension
Phone 2 Ext2 is 121 3cx extension

Extensions 120 and 121 registered fine (have green light on Line status page).
Also 120 and 121 could receive inbound calls.

I can call from 100 to 101, but not to 121 or 120. Same with phone 2 I can call from 101 to 100, but not to 120 or 121.
Why so?

Hi,

If I understand correct, you have a box, with 2 FXS lines on.
In that case, the need is to use a different port to register to.
let´s say. Line 1 registers with port 5060, and line2 registers with port 5061

Can you check this ?
I have with other FXS systems had similar errors, but the port numbers were not settable.
These errors were solved, when I changed software versions (controlled).
