Cannot call to 3CX Softphone

Hello,

When I call with my hard phone to 3CX Softphone. 3CX softphone is not ringing at al.

I can call with the softphone in and oudside.

3cx Server = 192.168.2.20
Sofphone PC = 192.168.1.51

The small log that you posted doesn't show any sort of problem. Is the 3CXphone located on the same network or a remote LAN?
