Cannot Convert to Commercial trial to same type

Hello!

Seems there's an issue with the billing engine when trying to convert to commercial a trial key to a 16 SC Pro - since the trial is that type, it doesn't allow for it to be 'upgraded'. Can we get this fixed? I know the work around is to buy something less (like an 8 SC Pro) then upgrade it, but that's kind of ridiculous. Thanks!

There's no need to convert. Just buy a straight 16 SC Pro key and then swap out the key.

True, but that's also a two step process where every other option is a one-step. It also involves two people on our end, since one person does purchasing and another will have to do the license swap on the PBX. Basically the Convert to Commercial works great except for one use case - it should be a simple way of flagging a non-commercial license and allowing for the upgrade of the same type (hopefully).
