Cannot create webmeeting

Hi,
I have been able to create and have web meetings with one user (me) however I can't see what I need to do to enable it for other users so they can create a web meeting, they can however participate in a meeting.
Using V18

Check that other user also have a friendly name entered under their webclients > settings> General tab > 3cx Talk section.
