Cannot Elevate a Chat to Video Call

Hello All.

One of the really cool features in 3CX some updates ago was that queues had we could elevate a chat to an audio call or a video call. So what I would like to know is what happened to the Click2Meet feature.

I did some more checking and I saw that the elevation to video works with the click2talk feature in the queue when an agent accepts (takes) responsibility for the chat. But this does not work with the live chat or is there some other configuration I need to check?
