Cannot find setting to allow Queue members to receive calls while on a call

I must be blind, or in the latest V18 version maybe the setting moved somewhere else but can someone point me to the setting that allows a call to ring a queue members phone while they are on another call?

That's in v20. And it will only work for active calls that are not queue calls.

Not yet. They're working on it for v20 since it's a new call manager in the backend. But it will take a few updates.

V18 doesn't have that and will never get it.

Gold isn't the highest. There's Platinum and Titanium above that. And no not even Silver.
