Cannot get calls working

I am trying out the windows version and I cannot make any calls. When I look at the activity log I see the following:

*note* I changed the number being called to the 800 for purposes of reporting this error.

Could use some more information.
Can you call the Echo Test #?

Is it just the one Windows phone having an issue? Do you have other sets that work correctly? How many Windows Phones have you tested? Machine OS?

This error occurs when the PBX receives a malformed packet either from the provider or from the device sending the Invite. The PBX will still try to process the request but this error will appear.
Check the Activity log of the PBX for replies from the provider which will suggest that the call leaves the PBX successfully.
Also make sure that the firewall checker passes all tests and that your outbound rules are set correctly.
