Cannot get provider VOIP.MS to register

I've been attempting to get Voip.ms configured to use in 3CX as a provider and am having no luck. My firewall tests come back error free. Voip.ms uses 10001-20000 for RTP and I'v make that adjustment in my firewall and in the network configuration of 3CX. Is anyone else here using Voip.ms and having success? They provide no support for 3CX configurations. Currently, the error that I repeatedly see in the logs is:

18:50:54.681 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: [email protected]; Cause: 408 Request Timeout; internal

Any ideas on what I may be missing? Thanks in advance for any help!

go to settings and select network, on the stun tab check the box to disable the stun sever, input your public ip address and restart 3CX and see if that works.

I disabled STUN and specified my ddns pulbic hostname(don't have a static ip). I restarted all services and am still getting registration errors:
22:09:51.557 [CM504007]: Next attempt to register [email protected] is scheduled in 10 minutes
22:09:51.551 [CM504005]: Registration failed for: [email protected]; Cause: 408 Request Timeout; internal

I've used ddns with asterisk in the past using iax so i hope it's not a problem with 3cx and sip.
