I am trying to get a Yealink T58 to register as an extension on 3CX and be able to use the MS Teams app on the phone. The phone is running software version 58.15.0.107 and MS Teams works fine BUT the phone will not register with 3CX. If i install the SIP license from Yealink and upgrade the software to 58.83.0.25. The phone registers on 3CX and works fine, but i cannot get MS Teams icon disappears. I was told you can put the phone into Hybrid mode by adding a line into the Yealink config file - 'features.hybrid_mode.enable = 1'. When i upload this i see no change in phone to switch between SIP Mode and MSTeams mode. Does anybody know if this is possible? Can this Yealink do both.
