Cannot install 3CX phone for windows

Hi all,

When trying to install 3CX phone for windows the installation ends with the following error:

3CX Phone for Windows setup ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, please run the installation again.

Anyone know how to fix this??

What is your OS please?
Is it fully up to date on windows updates and .NET ?

I'm running Windows 7 64Bit, all up-to-date.

It is vertion 12 of the phone software.

I have received this error a few time dot net is always the culprit.
