Solved Cannot log in to MGMT Console - Too many incorrect login attempts

Hi guys,

two of my users are unable to log in to MGMT console as it says too many incorrect login attempts.

any PC on LAN cannot log in to MGMT console.

I can log in from another WAN.

There are no IPs in the blacklist.


I've restarted 3CX services.

Any advice?

Okay ignore me!

Because they're accessing the MGMT console via the external URL, their WAN IP wasnt in the whitelist (since i enabled console restriction).
