Solved Cannot Login / Logout of individual Queues

I have users that are members of multiple queues. They can log in and out via the global queue button; however, according to the documentation, users should have the capability to login/logout of individual queues by right clicking and logging themselves in or out. Additionally, my managers should be able to do this.

In the 3CX Queue Manager view, when users right click on their extension, the only options are:

* Call Extension
* Call Mobil
* Email

The same is true for the manger.

We are on version 15.5.12227.5

This is a feature we're still waiting for: Users should have the capability to login/logout of individual queues by right clicking and logging themselves in or out.

Hello,

Please note that this is possible though the Q manager view of the Switchboard. You however need to be have the correct queue selected. If you are in the all Queues the option is not available.



When selecting the Queue you then have the option to Logout from the Queue

You could suggest this as a feature request in the ideas section of the forum. All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.

Thanks for the screenshots. This feature to log in /log out was not showing on mine. I upgraded to the Pro version and now they show.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved. Indeed the on behalf login/ logout is a pro feature as mentioned in the edition comparison and the PBX queue status guide
