Cannot make dummy ext to forward to park in v15?**[FIXED]

Historically we have created a dummy extension that has a mobile number set to the shared park extension (501 is SP1, 501 SP2 etc) and the forwarding rules set that when an extension is unregistered it sends the call to the mobile number. This is good for use with analog phones, and for sending calls across a bridge to the other 3CX shared parks.
This functionality seems to be broken in v15. Is there another way that this can be accomplished?

@jbryant: Did you get this working with v15 sp4? I can't put alphabetic characters in those fields.

would like to know too... the only way I have heard is to
send invite of dummy SPx extension to admin.
import config into softphone.
setup forwarding in softphone.
done.
