cannot preend (*)

Hello,

I need to create a outbound rule that prepends the star (*) character.
I created a rule that dials calls to Numbers starting with (Prefix) 4
then stripe 1 digit and preend *31*

for example:

I dial 4 210 8080808

and I expect it to dial *31*210 8080808

is this possible?

when you add route, you can delete first number -> 4 and add number *31*. do you try this ?

check if your rule is on first place.

yes that is what I did, but my spa942 displays "forbidden" and I hear busy tone...
