Cannot read data from encrypted backup

Hello

i've extracted the zip backup from 3CX but a) im able to extract it without the password and b) if I do extract it without the password Im still unable to read the data.

Backup location is Google Drive.

Anyone else have this issue?

Encrypted backups are encrypted. The ZIP itself isn't, but the XML with all the config should be.

As for folders like voicemail, I'm not sure.

Regarding your question, there is no way to unencrypt an encrypted backup outside of restoring it to a 3cx system using the password used during the backup. That's the whole point of an encrypted backup.

For the sake of data recovery, how does one restore a 3CX without affecting the live one?
