Hello,

At one of our customers the people cannot see the number that dialed to them once it was parked in shared parking.

When the phone rings it number is visable but once parked and another phone gets the call it only says SP1. This is with Yealink T54W phones.
I tried to recreate it with our own PBX but when i park calls and get them out again it shows me the number. (we use Yealink T46G).

Does anyone have a idea or did i just miss a checkbox or option? (As far as i know all settings are the same).

Thanks,
Henk

No problem:

3CX Version: 16.0.6.655 Pro Perpetual
Server OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Standard
Is the 3CX Server Hosted: Local server (VM)
IP Phone Yealink T54W (FW: 96.85.0.5)
Provisioning Method: Local
Trunk Provider: Ziggo/Vodafone (Onefix) from template
Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Hi Henk,

Can you please try to park an internal call from another extension, and then recover it?

I would like to know if the issue only happens to external calls that were parked, or if internal calls also face this.

Ok, on the extensions of the PBX you need ensure that these two options are enabled, because if they are not, then the person picking up the call from the shared parking will only see "SP1" since the call cannot be replaced with the one of the actual caller:

Thanks for the quick reply. the t54w does not have that option. but the t46 has.

Just tested with the people, internal has the same problem.

Tick Re-Invites, and the other one will also appear. Once both are ticked your should be ok

haha i feel stupid. both ticked. works, thank you!

No worries glad to hear it works :)
