Solved Cannot uncheck Hosting option on license renewal checkout

We switched to self hosting a week or so ago, and we cannot renew the license without the hosting option checked. (Apologies, I couldn't post this message in the self-hosting forum). The old VM has been shutdown since last Monday I believe. Do we need to let the license expire before we can renew as Self-Hosted, or will that create more problems?

Have you stopped the 3CX Hosted installation?

You should be able to renew without hosting included. Let us know if you ned any additional help.
