Solved Cannot update firmware

I have a Yealink T19E2 phone which is on the wrong firmware but when I highlight the phone in order to update firmware, I get a No Entry simble show as I hover over the firmware update option at the top of the screen.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? I didnt get this issue with any other T19 on the system.

I have tried diffrent browsers to see if it was this but with no joy, Tried on firefox and chrome.

Hello,

This may happen in case the MAC is incorrect, or the model is incorrect (for example instead of T19 E2, its a T19P E2 or plain T19 without the E2 part). The mismatch will prevent the button from activating.

Can you please confirm that these are correct? You can delete the phone from 3CX, factory reset it, and reprovision it if you want to be 100% sure.
